Sanford DeLand is a boutique investment house based in the north of England. The Funds for which we are responsible are managed under our Business Perspective Investing philosophy.

We are always interested to hear from like-minded individuals who share our investment ethos and could be additive to our capabilities. Our decision to engage will always be based on experience and investment philosophy and how that fits with our specific requirements at that time.

Our head office is located in central Leeds. It is envisaged that all roles will incorporate a mix of home and office working.  It is therefore essential that you are able to attend the Leeds office on an agreed regular basis. You should also be flexible and adaptive to additional travel requirements e.g. London from time-to-time, as the need arises.

Where we are recruiting for specific roles, these will be listed below. Where there are no current vacancies, you are welcome to send, at your own risk, a CV, together with a covering email to careers@sanford-deland.com (passwords to protected files should be sent under separate covers). Please state that you are happy for us to retain information, which will be for a maximum period of 12 months following our last interaction with you.  We will always acknowledge receipt.  If you do not provide notice of your consent for us to hold your personal data, we will erase same following our acknowledgement to you. In such circumstance, we would not be able to enter into further correspondence with you, save where you express further interest at a later date. Where you do consent to us holding your personal data, you may, at any time, ask us to erase information we hold about from our records, which we will do, confirming same to you in writing.
